​Referral Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Spendwise Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: Referrers must be existing customers of Spendwise.

2. Qualified Referral: To qualify as a referral, referred parties should not have an existing or prior business relationship with Spendwise.  The referred party must also be previously unknown to Spendwise and express genuine interest in our spend management platform.

3. Referral Reward:  If a referred contact signs up for our annual Pro or Enterprise Plan within 90 days of being referred, the referrer will receive a referral award from us.

4. Reward Amount:  The referral reward is $1,000 or the price of the plan referred party signs up for, whichever is less.

5. Notification: As soon as a referred contact signs up for our annual Pro or Enterprise Plan, the referrer will be notified about the qualification of the referral.

6. Reward Delivery: Referral rewards will be sent to the referrer within 30 days of a qualifying referred contact signing up and paying for our annual Pro or Enterprise Plan.  

7. Tax Liability: Referrers are responsible for any tax liabilities or obligations associated with receiving a referral reward.

8. Program Changes: Spendwise reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time, without prior notice.

9. Fraud Prevention: Spendwise reserves the right to disqualify any referral that is deemed fraudulent, suspicious, or does not adhere to the program's terms and conditions.

10. Data Privacy: All information collected during the referral process will be used solely for the purposes of the Referral Program and will be handled in accordance with Spendwise's Privacy Policy.
